In 2012 Niall co-founded One2One Mortgage Solutions and is the company sales director. Niall has 16 years’ experience within the industry, his excellent product knowledge and customer service is highlighted by the amount of client referrals Niall receives, something he is very proud of. Niall processes many client mortgages, so you can trust the advice you receive is from a top-level experienced adviser.
Compliance Director
Mark co-founded One2One Mortgage Solutions in 2012 and is the company’s compliance director. Mark has worked in financial services for over 22 years gaining a wide knowledge within the mortgage market. Mark’s role within the company is to oversee the company’s evolution within every changing regulatory industry. Mark has a strong knowledge of the compliance sector within the mortgage market which is vital to the company continuing to provide our clients with an excellent customer experience.
Compliance Manager
Neil joined One2One Mortgage Solutions team in 2014, and in 2015 became a qualified mortgage adviser before in 2016 concentrating on the compliance aspect of the business. Neil is now an integral part of the company’s compliance team and is the companies Compliance Manager. Neil is vital in the company continuing to evolve to continue to enhance our customer’s experience.
Branch Manager / Protection Advisor >
Zack initially joined One2One in 2019 and played a key role in the set up and running of our sister company One2One Estate Agents. After three years as the sales manager, he has now decided transfer to One2One Mortgage Solutions team as the branch manager and a protection advisor. Zack has over 10 years’ experience in sales accompanied with a strong level of customer service. Outside of work Zack enjoys spending time with his family and dog and training Jiu Jitsu
Mortgage Advisor
James joined One2One Mortgage Solutions team in 2022 and has over 3 years’ experience in the Mortgage Industry starting off working in the back office and working through to advisor status. He has a passion for helping first time buyers secure their first home, assisting home movers and helping clients with all aspects of Remortgaging, and dealing with all relevant insurances and protections. Outside of work James enjoys long walks with his wife, two children and dog. As a family they enjoy weekends away to theme parks and trips abroad.
Mortgage Advisor
Zoey joined One2One Mortgage Solutions team in 2020 and has over 9 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. Zoey has been in the industry since the age of 17 and has been a qualified mortgage advisor for 5 years. She has extensive product knowledge and an excellent level of customer service meaning customers can always expect the best from herself. Zoey enjoys spending time with her husband and dog and going on holidays.
Mortgage Case Handler
Abbey joined One2One Mortgage Solutions team in 2022 and is new to the industry. She is keen to progress within the industry and is currently one of our mortgage case handlers. Abbey will be there every step of the way between mortgage offer and mortgage completion. From the moment your mortgage goes to offer with your chosen lender, Abbey works diligently to ensure your mortgage is processed as quickly as possible liaising with your solicitor every step of the way ensuring you are kept informed regularly, she is also just a phone call away via her direct dial. Out of the office Abbey enjoys shopping and spending time on holiday.
In 2019 Mark & Niall set up One2One Mortgage Solutions Ltd. There were many reasons for this, the
main one being that due to the volume of mortgage business, many clients were asking about how and
who to sell their house with, making it a natural progression for the Estate Agency to be formed.
When forming the new estate agency there were many factors that the directors were passionate about.
The main factor being the desire to charge the same agent fee for selling a house to all our clients
regardless of the property price. This was absolutely central to the model we wanted to create. We
also wanted to provide a hybrid type of estate agency where we have an online model and pricing
structure but also a high street presence with our high street branch in Pontypool Town Centre.
When selling a property with One2One Mortgage Solutions, we offer the online platforms of Rightmove,
Zoopla and Prime Location as well as a very active social media presence. However, what is essential
to know with One2One Mortgage Solutions is that due to our large client bank through One2One
Mortgage Solutions we have many many clients visiting our office in the week to discuss mortgages,
who are looking to buy a house either as a first time buyer or as a home mover.
